Life has its surprises, and we're here to accommodate. Appointments canceled 24 hours in advance come with no charge, offering you flexibility. For cancellations within 24 hours, a fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount applies, and rebooking awaits once the fee is settled. In emergencies, please reach out via call or text ASAP. 

 Respecting each other's time is crucial. No-shows disrupt our schedule and resources. A 50% charge of the reserved service amount will be applied for missed appointments, and rebooking is contingent upon fee payment.  

 While we strive for flexibility, being more than 10 minutes late constitutes a no-show, incurring a 50% service fee. Please arrive five minutes early for paperwork and to guarantee time for your well-deserved service. 

 At AnnaBliss Esthetics, we value your loyalty. However, combining coupons, such as using two referral program rewards in one transaction, is not permitted. Remind us at checkout to apply your well-earned rewards individually.

Repeated cancellations, no-shows, failure to comply with policies, or inappropriate behavior may result in a refusal of service. AnnaBliss Esthetics reserves the right to decline service to anyone for any reason. Your understanding and your commitment to these policies contribute to a positive experience for everyone.
